One of the more unusual Marvel post-credits scenes
She-Hulk viewers have been left divided over a post-credits scene in the series – which sees Megan Thee Stallion enter the MCU.
In case you aren’t quite familiar with the series, it follows lawyer Jennifer Walters (played by Tatiana Maslany) after she receives a blood transfusion from her cousin, Bruce Banner.
She then gains some of Bruce’s powers and becomes She-Hulk, and specialises in superhuman-orientated legal cases.
The series was released on Disney+ on August 18, with three episodes so far on the platform.
Episode three ends with a post-credits scene which sees She-Hulk dancing and twerking with rapper Megan Thee Stallion, leaving many bemused.
The ‘WAP’ rapper is introduced into the MCU as a fictionalised version of herself who’d previously had a fling with She-Hulk’s rival Dennis Bukowski.

Several took to Twitter to voice their confusion over the scene.
One person wrote: “Wtf is marvel doing man.”
Another said it was “plaguing” their mind, with a third describing it as “weird.”

But many others saw no problem with the scene, and thought it was just a bit of fun.
Tbh I never got much into she hulk, wasn’t for me, but what’s the problem here? She’s always been a pop culture referencing fourth wall breaking wise cracker Idk what the problem is here. https://t.co/0Vue7y72ZV

Others reckoned the reaction to the post-credits scene was an example of misogyny and everyday sexism from some Marvel fans.

Explaining how Megan Thee Stallion became a part of the MCU, She-Hulk executive producer Kat Coiro said it was thanks to cast member Jameela Jamil.
Coiro told Digital Spy: “It was scripted as a famous person who we would never believe would date Dennis Bukowski – and it was actually Jameela Jamil who has worked with Megan before who suggested her, and everybody on the team just said ‘yep! That’s who it should be’.”
She added: “When we told Tatiana [Maslany, who plays Jennifer Walters/She-Hulk], she almost had a heart attack because she is the world’s biggest genuine Megan Thee Stallion fan.
“So that scene where they dance together was written kind of on the fly to give Tatiana the time of her life, and we all discovered that she can twerk and hold her own with Megan Thee Stallion. Just another thing to add to her huge list of accomplishments!”
