Bring your wellies.
Given the fact that every bumder and bus wanker absolutely loves The Inbetweeners, it’s highly unlikely that the creative team behind the superb comedy were going to let the show vanish.
While we presume that Jay is still taking his pedalo to Africa or busy with all those caravan club orgies, production company Banijay UK have announced plans to bring back the comedy series without any of the original cast.
In an interview with Broadcast, their Chief Operating Officer Peter Langenberg stated that they want to “revitalise” the beloved show.
“It’s not feasible for the cast to reprise their roles at that stage of life, but the brand is so strong that I’m definitely interested in seeing if we could take a new spin on it,” he said.
Given the fact that the American version of the show was really poor, fans of the Iain Morris and Damon Beesley original are very sceptical about a reboot.
In case you need a reminder about just how f**king funny the show is, we recommend the following.Â

Remember when America tried to make their own version of The Inbetweeners and it was the worst thing since Will shit his pants in his exam
