Did you tune in?
Celebrity Big Brother launched their new season on Tuesday night and while many mocked saying the show was “dead”, it still seemed to have racked up some serious viewers if Twitter is anything to go by.
Yes, fans made sure to have their voices heard during the launch episode of this year’s series, however, not all of it was positive.

This year’s all-female line-up received a fairly mixed reaction from viewers, however, there was one thing most of them agreed on – their dislike of the show’s new format.
Introducing a new aspect to the launch episode this year, host Emma Willis sat down with all of this year’s contestants individually for a short chat before entering the house.
However, viewers quickly grew sick of the “lengthy interview” process and were telling CBB producers to scrap it for next year.
The interview before entering the house is unnecessary (and boring, soz) the controversial VT’s were much better. Dragging it OUT #cbb pic.twitter.com/kYb8YxtUTr

Why are they doing boring interviews before they go in? #cbb #cbbuk

Well, #cbb is a bit boring! Only seen 20 mins, but this interview format is boring! Think I’ll skip launch night for the first time ever!

Just send them in. What’s all this bollocks of a sit down interview beforehand. #cbb

Is everyone getting a painfully long interview before going in? Is it because they are only putting in half the housemates tonight and need to spin it out?#CBB

However, not everyone hated it as some shared praise for the quick meet-and-greet with the celebs.
