April 29th can’t come quickly enough.
If you watched last Friday’s The Graham Norton Show then you’ll know that Ricky Gervais and Eric Bana are a match made in comedy heaven – and the most recent clip from their new movie Special Correspondents, a new Netflix original feature film, definitely backs that up.
In the film, Bana plays a charismatic radio journalist whose arrogance and decadent lifestyle has hindered his career. With his job on the line, he is dispatched to Ecuador along with his hapless technician (Gervais) to report on a potential rebel coup. As you can imagine, things don’t go according to plan.
Special Correspondents boasts an impressive supporting cast with Vera Farmiga, Kelly Macdonald, Claire Maddox, Kevin Pollak and America Ferrera.
