Reporting the news that Lenny Henry has been awarded a knighthood for his services to drama and charity, ITV have been ridiculed for accidentally using footage of a completely different person entirely.
Images of celebrity chef Ainsley Harriott performing on a Comedy Store stage were broadcast instead, later prompting an apology from ITV.
