Grab your mates that love Game of Thrones.
Let’s play a game.
What’s the shortest amount of time that it takes for something to vanish in Westeros?
For example, wine doesn’t last long when Cersei enters the room. The job prospects in the Night’s Watch are quickly diminishing after the White Walkers smashed down the Wall. How about the reign of anyone that sits on the Iron Throne? See, things change very quickly in Game of Thrones and everyone needs to stay on their toes.
If you’re sharper than Valyrian steel, you might be able to get your hands on some free tickets for the Game of Thrones marathon that’s taking place at The Prince Charles Cinema at Leicester Place, London.
As reported previously, this event is completely free and it coincides with the launch of Season 7 on DVD and Blu-Ray.
If you missed out on tickets, fear not because another batch has just been made available as per this update: “We didn’t want you to miss out on this special announcement. We’re currently 16 or so hours into our Game of Thrones Marathon and it seems that quite a few folks who opted in couldn’t hack it and have left this morning, so we have some empty seats we want filling asap… and to do that, we’re changing the rules! If you want to pop down and watch some Game of Thrones on our screen then make your way down and simply tell our Box Office Team the password; Winter Is Coming!”
It adds: “We’ll then grant you access to our screen at the next episode break so you can join the fun & watch some Game Of Thrones on our screen. And if you’re wondering how much this will cost you, don’t – THE WHOLE EVENT IS FREE! Be it an episode, season or the remaining duration of the event! Just get yourself down here and we’ll do the rest!”
