The serious business starts for the England football team at the Euros in just over a week’s time, but they were allowed let their hair down over the Bank Holiday weekend.
The entire squad attended the England Footballers Foundation’s #LionsAndRoses dinner on Sunday night, where they were joined by singer James Bay and football legend Pele, amongst others.
Captain Wayne Rooney joined Bay on stage to help him sing his hit song ‘Hold Back The River,’ with Gary Neville providing accompaniment on guitar for another display of his musical talents following his performance with The Charlatans not so long ago.
Granted, you can’t hear a lot of Rooney in the video below but judging by the pictures, himself and Neville were giving it socks.
