Despite the awful weather conditions, some brave New Yorkers managed to get themselves down to 30 Rockefeller Center on Saturday night to see how Ronda Rousey would get on as she hosted Saturday Night Live.
As always with SNL, the guest host had to perform an opening monologue and Rousey used the opportunity to give Holly Holm some props for winning at UFC 193.
Despite the loss to Holm, Rousey’s career shows no signs of slowing down – the duo are likely to face each other again if Holm can beat Miesha Tate in their upcoming fight while Rousey is starring in the upcoming Road House remake – and she used the opportunity to show off her acting chops.
Take a look as Rousey cracks jokes about Tinder and Justin Bieber before taking part in a musical number with Selena Gomez.
The UFC star was upstaged though by Tina Fey’s return to the show. Her performance as Sarah Palin endorsing Donald Trump is brilliant.
