When Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Choir decided to record their charity single, A Bridge Over You, they had no idea quite how big it would become.
Their main intention was to raise as much money as possible for health charities including Carers UK and Mind – and to highlight their healthcare colleagues’ sterling work.
But at lunchtime on Christmas Day, they were gathered together to discover whether the impossible could come true – a number one festive hit…
