The official gameplay trailer for EA Sports UFC 2 has finally been released.
EA uploaded the cinematic clip to their official YouTube channel on Tuesday and, aside for some questionable looking fighter likenesses (namely Conor McGregor), it looks like it’s going to be a pretty awesome game.
The trailer opens with some ‘fan footage’ of The Notorious’ 13-second knockout of Jose Aldo at UFC 194, and then we see the pixelated McGregor swagger-jacker executing his “making it rain” celebration.
After that we get bombarded with CGI reconstructions of some of the more memorable fights in recent history – from Robbie Lawler v Rory MacDonald to Holly Holm’s thunderous head-kick knock-out of Ronda Rousey.
Jon Jones is seen at one stage in the crowd, which is either one last sucker punch over his ban from the sport or an attempt to showcase the realism of the game.
