James Corden knows how to have a good time.
The former Gavin & Stacy star has surprised us all by moving to the States and winning over the American audience as the host of The Late Late Show, thanks to simple but creative segments like his hugely popular Carpool Karaoke series (which has become so well-loved that it’s now getting its own TV show) as well as hosting celebrity rap battles with some of our favourite famous faces.
Back on these shores, however, Corden still serves as the host of the popular sporting quiz show, A League of Their Own, where he regularly teams up with fellow comedian Jack Whitehall and former sports stars Jamie Redknapp and Freddie Flintoff to make the best sporting quiz show since the early years of A Question of Sport.
A League of Their Own has grown so massively that Sky One even sent the cast out to the States to record A League of Their Own: US Road Trip, where the boys got to try out their own little slice of America with hilarious results.
The trip was a bona fide success in the ratings, and so Sky quickly announced they would be doing it again. While we were wondering what tricks they might be getting up to this time around, Corden gave a hint before this weekend’s NFL action has he shared a snap of him posing in a cheerleader outfit of the Los Angeles Rams.

It all seemed too good to be true, but it wasn’t long until we saw Corden, Redknapp, Flintoff and Whitehall out strutting their stuff during the game, which marked the Rams’ return to LA after a two-decade long stint in St Louis, Missouri.

The Rams went all-out for their return to California, also hiring Carpool Karaoke alumni Red Hot Chili Peppers to perform before the game.

We’ll be keeping a close eye on Corden and co to see what other mischief they get up to across the pond.
