It’s been a whirlwind few days for Conor McGregor as he continues to dominate the headlines following his historic 13-second knockout of Jose Aldo at UFC 194.
The finish has cemented ‘The Notorious’ as the biggest draw in all of mixed martial arts, with word of his Octagon exploits apparently reaching as far as Hollywood.
Mark Wahlberg, a fan of McGregor, was asked by TMZ after the fight whether he would consider working alongside the UFC featherweight champion and his answer would suggest that he already has a project in mind.
“We talked about him [McGregor] for something,” Wahlberg said. “We like him.
“Absolutely, in the right role he could be great.”
