How does your fitness compare to a top European athlete?
This is a question we often ask ourselves when sat eating pizza watching the Olympics or boxing.
But for real fitness fanatics, this will give you a chance to test yourself against Will Kane – one of the fittest men on the continent.
Kane finished just outside the Top 10 at the 2015 Reebok CrossFit Meridian Regional against some of the best athletes from Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
He’s not too shabby in the old fitness department.
Kane has drawn up this tough CrossFit workout. The time to beat is 10 minutes and 30 seconds – but if you come in under 15 minutes, you’ve done a good job.

75 Weighted lunges
50 Ring dips
50 Weighted step-ups with 20/14lb medicine ball/dumbbell
25 Kipping handstand push-ups
50 Goblet Squats 24/16 kg kettlebell
50 Butterfly pull-ups
