No gym? No hassle
We’ve detailed before how you can find ways around the absence of the gym during the lockdown. Whether it’s a living room workout using just your body, setting yourself a challenge, or attempting new skills like a handstand, there’s no reason to not have at least a degree of normality in your workouts right now, even if they’re not quite the same as going to your gym.
This man, however, decided that sort of stuff simply wasn’t enough, and instead chose to build his very own gym using everyday objects. With the help of B&Q, he put together a home gym in his car park containing cement, rocks, buckets, fence posts and resistance bands.
We spoke to him about building his very own impromptu home gym, and asked how it compares to his usual gym.
