We have all seen them
Influencers posting images on Instagram of their ridiculously toned and bronzed bodies is one of the most common occurrences of the social media era.
You’re scrolling through your feed just minding your own businesses when one of these impossible images pops up, reminding you that you’re not, in fact, in as good shape as you previously thought you were.
But the truth is that despite hocking weight loss pills and drinks, many of these influencers have in fact attained their dream body through other means, like surgery.
James Smith is a personal trainer with a difference, one who calls out the bullshit of fitness influencers.
"Some of them have had surgery – and then they stand next to a weight loss drink. These drinks don't even work."
