The Rock’s early morning workout routine is insane

Nobody works harder than the Rock. Even on Mondays.

Yup, while the rest of us are Facebooking about how rough we are from the weekend and still picking barf out of our noses in the office, the Rock is making gainz.

This man doesn’t needs any Monday Motivation – he eats, sleeps, breathes and s**ts the stuff.

When you’re still tucked up in bed, sleeping off that bottle of Scotch and 20 Benson, the Rock is waking up to start his morning cardio….at 3 f**king 50 AM.

Not even the milkman is up at that hour, but Dwayne Johnson is up pounding the streets, burning off that fat. Mere mortals would tap that ‘Snooze’ button for dear life.

The San Andreas star then hoovers up a mighty breakfast (his first of seven meals a day).

Then the man mountain starts on a little strength and conditioning training – and that’s even before he’s gone to work to film his new cop movie.

Put that in your Monday Motivation pipe and smoke it.
