This is how to pack on mega size for 2016 like World’s Strongest Man contender Eddie Hall

Could you eat 10,000 calories in a day?

What’s your health and fitness goal for 2016?

Some people might want to shed a few pounds, others might want to get fit for a marathon and some folk probably want to add a few inches to their biceps.

But if you want to get absolutely f**king massive and freakishly strong then there’s one man you should probably listen to.

That’s World’s Strongest Man contender Eddie Hall. Being a 28-stone juggernaut and the reigning World Deadlift Champion with a 463kg pull, he knows a thing or two about stacking on some size.

If you don’t believe us – this is what he looked like as a teenager.

He eats a staggering 10,000 calories a day to, er, keep his strength up. That’s five days worth of food for the average human man.

He’s nailed 1,000 calories before breakfast – which consists of 100g dry oats with milk and jam, 1 banana, 250ml Greek yoghurt, and a 700ml protein shake, adding another 1000 to 1,500 calories to his meal plan.

Hall, who finished 4th at World’s Strongest Man 2015, eats a fair mountain of food around his workouts too which also presumably helped him beat The Mountain on the Atlas Stones.

The Stoke-on-Trent strongman revealed his full day’s eating plan here if you fancy a try. Good luck…
