The Real Madrid forward is one of football’s hardest workers off the field, putting in the hours in the gym to ensure he can do the mannequin challenge in his pants in between virtuoso performances for club and country.

So, what’s the secret to the Portuguese star’s physique? It might be this bizarre workout routine, which we haven’t seen anyone else attempt, let alone pull off.
Aside from everything else, we’re really impressed by how he is able to maintain near-perfect symmetry while doing whatever it is he’s doing.

Somehow, for a man who spends a lot of time working out, he still seems a little awkward on the machine, moving slowly and deliberately as if it’s the first time he’s tried to do something like this.
To be fair to Ronaldo, perhaps it is the first time he’s tried it, though the caption of ‘I love this exercise’ suggests otherwise.
Or maybe we’ve overthought it entirely. Maybe he’s saying he loves this new-fangled concept of ‘exercise’ that everyone’s been telling him about. Hey, it’s possible.
