Just keep eating well and just do more sets and reps at the gym.
“My way of really getting defined and getting a really mature definition, rather than just getting 10 or 15lbs on a watermelon diet,” says Arnie.
“I always felt instead of doing 20 sets, do 30 or 35 sets a body part.
“I went all out, especially before competition when I wanted to cut down, it was pile on as many sets as possible.”
