They usually retail at £11.
Don’t worry if you missed the amazing deal on Quality Street at Tesco yesterday, because there’s an even better deal today.
A huge 525g box of Ferrero Rocher (that’s 42 in total, in case you were wondering) was spotted at Sainsbury’s in North Wales for just £1.30 by members of deal forum HotUKDeals.
The low price was due to it being classed as Christmas stocks, meaning they have to go. And apparently it’s not a standalone deal, there have also been reports of the offer at stores in Oldham and Lancaster.
Although they’re not available to purchase online, you can find confirmation of the amazing price for the chocolcates on Sainsbury’s website.
As you can imagine, people on HotUKDeals couldn’t get enough of the deal.
“Cheapest Ferrero this winter! I paid £5 for these on Amazon and thought that was a good deal,” one user wrote.
Another shopper added: “Please be in stock in my local Sainsbury’s. Please be in stock in my local Sainsbury’s. Please be in stock in my local Sainsbury’s.”
It comes after people ditched their January sweat bands and jogging shorts to buy cheap Quality Streets at Tesco yesterday.
The supermarket was selling big 871g metal tins of Quality Streets for the price of £1.25, leading shoppers to pack their trolleys with the sweets. You can imagine we’ll be seeing similar scenes in any Sainsbury’s that still have Ferrero Rocher in stock.
