He’s had a love/hate relationship with Instagram for quite some time
But it looks as if 50 Cent’s love affair with the social media giant has finally come to an end.
To say that 50 Cent posts a lot of controversial content on Instagram is an understatement, but it’s 50 Cent, that’s what he does. He’s the same guy who came up in the rap game beefing with everyone and saying some ridiculously outlandish things to gain attention, and it worked.
Remember his song “How To Rob”? Here’s a reminder:
So it’s no surprise to learn that Instagram chose to remove one of his recent posts, and it’s also no surprise that 50 was pissed about it and aired them out for it.
The removal notice read:
“We’ve removed or disabled access to content that you posted on Instagram because a third party reported that the content infringes or otherwise violates their rights.”
Posting an image of the removal message to his account, 50’s caption read:
“Follow me on Twitter @50Cent I’m done with Instagram this shit is wack. #bellator #lecheminduroi”
Then he posted to Twitter:
“I’m back on Twitter fuck IG I’ll post what I want here.”
It’s not clear exactly what post of Fif’s was removed but what is clear is that the rapper really takes issue with people censoring him.
50 Cent’s Instagram account is still active so let’s see if he sticks to his word and either disables it or doesn’t ever post to it again. Or will he give in and be back on it soon enough?
