Download Festival has announced details of the day splits for the 2025 lineup.
The festival will take place across the weekend of 13-15 June at Donington Park, with some of the biggest names in rock and metal.
Organisers have now confirmed which acts will playing on each day of the festival, with Green Day topping the bill on Friday, 13 June.
The “American Idiot” singers will be joined by Weezer, Jimmy Eat World and Rise Against on the main stage.
While the likes of Within Temptation and McFly will headline the Opus Stage and Avalanche stage.
The Saturday of the festival will be headlined by Sleep Token, with performances from Shinedown, Don Broco, The Darkness and Dayseeker across all of the stages.
Korn are confirmed to be closing the main stage on Sunday, 15 June, with Bullet For My Valentines and Spiritbox also playing on the final day.
While Steel Panther will headline the Opus Stage and Kids In Glass Houses on the Avalanche stage.
Green Day will headline as part of their ongoing Saviors Tour, which will see them play festivals across Europe this summer.
The tour is in support of their album of the same name and also sees them celebrate the 30th and 20th anniversaries of their albums Dookie and American Idiot.
This year’s Download Festival marks its 22nd edition and follows up last year’s, which saw performances from Queens of the Stone Age, Fall Out Boy and Avenged Sevenfold.

Can I still get Download Festival 2025 tickets?
Yes, tickets for the festival are still available to buy from Ticketmaster.
There are a number of options available, including weekend camping tickets, weekend non-camping tickets as well as camping upgrades, campervan tickets and car park passes.
You can get the following weekend tickets:
- Weekend ticket arena only (no camping) – £290 – tickets
- Weekend ticket and 3-night camping – £325 – tickets
- Weekend ticket and 5-night camping – £345 – tickets
Plus you can also get your ticket with a payment plan starting from £24.17.
Can I get Download Festival day tickets?
At the time of writing day tickets are not yet available for Download Festival 2025.
