If you’re a festival junkie and you haven’t been to Electric Picnic then you’re missing out.
Electric Picnic will take residence in Stradbally Estate in the County Laois, Ireland again this year, and continues its tradition of having one of the best festival line-ups anywhere in Europe.
The organisers have just announced the headline acts for the three-day festival and they include Duran Duran, The XX, Interpol, London Grammar and Chaka Khan.
Taking place from September 1st to 3rd, other acts confirmed are Run the Jewels, Pete Tong, A Tribe Called Quest and Father John Misty.
Last year saw the introduction of the swimming area, set in the idyllic surroundings of the Stradbally Hall estate.
It also hosted huge brands such as Bacardi, Three, Orchard Thieves, Heineken and Electric Ireland, who each had their own activations dotted around the grounds.
There are still loads more acts to be confirmed for the festival, but below is a taste of the line-up so far. More details can be found here.
