He really isn’t letting up.

J. Cole hysteria continues as the North Carolina MC has just revealed the artwork and tracklisting for K.O.D., his fifth studio album.

Scheduled to be released Friday (April 20th), Cole announced K.O.D. at a secret New York show on Monday night when he played the new album in its entirety to the fans in attendance.

But New York wasn’t enough for the rapper as he then flew to the UK and put on the same show for a select group of fans in London on a first come first serve basis.

Our man Richie Driss managed to bag himself a ticket for the London show and you can read up on his opinions on the new album and what went down last night here.

Taking to Instagram earlier this evening, J. Cole has now unveiled the artwork for K.O.D. as well as it’s tracklisting.

Reflecting the different meanings of the album: “Kidz On Drugz,” “King Overdose,” and “Kill Our Demonz,” the artwork features a painting of J. Cole as a King whose soul is consumed by demons and kids doing drugs.

In small print it also reads: “This album is in no way intended to glorify drug addition.”

While it’s not entirely clear of the album’s full narrative until we hear it on Friday, but judging from the artwork it looks like Cole has a lot to get off of his chest.

J. Cole will be performing at Wireless Festival on Friday July 6th.
