Stormzy’s Gang Signs & Prayer was one of the albums of the year, with its potent mix of confrontation and communion confirming the grime hero as a household name worthy of being spoken about in the same breath as the best rappers around.
The year isn’t over yet and Stormzy is still out there stealing the show, having paid a visit to the BBC studios for the annual bash.
His choir-assisted take on ‘Blinded By Your Grace, Pt. 2’ is brilliant, touching and a little big magical. Take a bow, sir.
