Fancy a £49 trip to Bangkok?
If you like backpacking on a budget, then the latest deal from STA Travel could be of serious interest.
This Thursday (April 28) they’re giving away 49 return flights to Bangkok for £49, much less than your average train fare from London to Manchester.
Nothing that good lasts forever, though, and in order to get your hands on one of the tickets you’ll need to be one of the first in the door at either the London Victoria or Birmingham STA branches.
The tickets will only be available in these stores and are expected to sell out in seconds. You won’t be able to get them on the phone or online, so grab a tent and get queuing.
The amazing flash sale is open to all ages, and anyone gets a ticket will be paying roughly £300 less than they would for a standard flight. Flights are applicable between May 1 and June 30 (Sunday-Thursday), and depart from London Heathrow or Birmingham airports.
STA Travel’s UK country manager Tim Fryer said: “We are really excited to be able to bring these amazing fares to our customers, and expect demand will be extremely high so get in line to snap them up.
“Bangkok is one of the most exciting and vibrant cities in the world and is the perfect place to start your adventure.
“Whether it’s the first stop on a round-the-world trip, the gateway to exploring south-east Asia or the springboard for the chance to hit the beautiful Thai beaches after a few days of living it up in the city, Bangkok is a great city to start from.”
Both stores open at 9am on Thursday, and tickets are available to the first 49 customers. You can find read all the small print details at STA’s website.
