The perfect summer accessory for your pooch
Just as the sun peeks from behind the seemingly never ending dull grey skies of the UK, Asda have launched a dog bed gazebo just in time for summer.
The Met Office has offered a bite of hope in the UK’s near future, as a mild heatwave is expected to warm British faces from March 27 to around April 5, reports The Mirror. Like clockwork, Asda has wasted no time launching a dog accessory that’s just begging to be purchased.
Keeping dogs cool and safe during intense heat can be difficult at times, especially as they are usually more than content with baking away for the day – but for less than £30, you could get your pooch its very own gazebo.
The bed, which is flat packed and can be easily dismantled, is said to be the “perfect place for your pooch.”
A description on Asda’s website reads: “This dog bed gazebo from George Home is designed in modern grey with a mesh panel base for ventilation, and it offers a stylish way to keep your furry friend cool in the sun.”
You might think that such a marvellous contraption would break the bank, which is the last thing you need amid surging energy bills – but luckily, it’s only £29, which many on social media have said is “amazing” and a “great price.”
Heading onto Asda’s website, one customer wrote: “Stunning bed for my dog she uses it in the garden and in the house, looks great, very sturdy, easy to put together, and a great price.”
Another said: “I read the reviews before ordering and this bed is superb, and great value for money for the size it is.
“The dog is sleeping on it inside for now until the weather improves.”
The gazebo is now available for purchase from selected Asda stores or their online site.
