It is the US presidential ticket that sends shivers down the spines of billions around the world – Donald Trump and Sarah Palin.
The loony Tea Party favourites are mocked mercilessly for their ultra-rightwing policies and outrageous views – but then again they mocked George W. Bush too.
If there was any remaining doubt that crazy loves crazy, Trump responded thus when asked about the possibility of ‘Mama Grizzly’ joining his administration:
“I’d love that. She really is somebody that knows what’s happening, and she’s a special person, she’s really a special person, and I think people know that,” the Wigmeister gushed like a besotted fanboy.
“And she’s got a following that’s unbelievable. I still have people saying, ‘Get Sarah’s support!’ No matter where I go, everybody loves her,” he droned on.
Be afraid free world, be very afraid.
