He shocked his 33 million followers with a supposed wedding pic

Renowned bachelor and poker player Dan Bilzerian has told his followers that “marriage is a trap” and to “stay single” just days after he shocked fans with a wedding photo.

The Armenian-American social media star has long prided himself on partying with multiple women – usually models – who he takes to luxurious locations across the world. The controversial character has also been known to boast his collection of guns on his pages.

However in July, the 41-year-old completely threw his 33 million followers with a photo of himself suited and booted in a tuxedo walking a woman down the aisle in a glamorous, floor-length dress.

“I finally did it,” he captioned the pic.

Bilzerian’s followers naturally lost their minds when they heard the news… until they realised it was actually a complete lie and that he was actually just attending the wedding of fellow poker player Bill Perkins.

This became clear a few days later, when the poker player posted a montage of him partying with multiple women by the sea.

“Marriage is a trap, stay single, smoke @ignite” he wrote in the caption.

“Enjoying your honeymoon I see,” one person joked in the comments, which got thousands of likes.

Bilzerian has, for years, been adamant that commitment is not the answer, claiming it is “not smart” and that marriage has been “ruining lives since Adam and Eve” in his posts.

In an interview with InsideHook back in January however, the controversial character did hint that he may be thinking about slowing down.

“I just lived in the circus for so long that I kind of just — I really needed a break,” Bilzerian said.

“I’ve said this before, but I feel like it’s like a video game that I beat five years ago and I’m tired of playing it,” he added.
