Musk denies having had a secret relationship with Delevingne in 2016
Elon Musk has responded to claims that he had a threesome with Cara Delevingne and Amber Heard.
The Tesla founder has denied the allegations which were made in the defamation case between Heard and her ex, Johnny Depp.
Court documents suggest that Musk may have had a threesome with Delevingne and Heard at Depp’s Los Angeles penthouse in late 2016 following Heard and Depp’s split, when Musk and Delevingne were supposedly in a secret relationship in 2016.
It is also claimed that Musk’s relationship with Heard started whilst she was still married to Johnny Depp.
In a statement to Page Six, Musk denied the threesome allegations, saying that he and Delevingne have “never been intimate” and that he only began his relationship with Heard “about a month” after she filed for divorce with Depp.
Depp claims that Heard was visited “late at night” by Musk while he was filming in 2015.
Musk said in the statement: “Cara and I are friends, but we’ve never been intimate. She would confirm this.
“Also, I wish to confirm again that Amber and I only started going out about a month after her divorce filing.
“I don’t think I was ever even in the vicinity of Amber during their marriage!”
Addressing the legal battle between Depp and Heard, he went on to say that the two should “bury the hatchet and move on.”
He added: “Life is too short for such extended negativity.
“Nobody is going to say, after it’s all over, that they wished the court battle had lasted longer!”
Depp is currently suing his former wife Heard for defamation over an op-ed she wrote in 2018 in which she discussed the subject of domestic abuse.
Depp and his lawyers argue that the Washington Post piece falsely implies that Heard was physically and sexually abused by Depp while they were married from 2015 to 2017. He is seeking $50m in damages.
Heard is in turn suing her former husband, accusing him of orchestrating a “smear campaign” against her and labelling his lawsuit as a continuation of “abuse and harassment.”
