Colombia is in a state of emergency after a plane carrying 81 people, including the Brazilian football team Chapecoense, crashed on its approach to the city of Medellin in Colombia.
The chartered plane, flying from Bolivia, crashed in a mountainous area outside the city shortly before midnight local time.
