He may never have set Anfield alight with hundreds of goals – but an April Fool’s Day prank from an ex-Reds striker hit the back of the net.
Former Liverpool forward Titi Camara sold Reds fans a real dummy for April 1.
The cheeky striker tweeted out that he would be in Greggs bakery in Liverpool signing copies of his new book.
And he would even throw in a free sausage roll.
I will signing copies of my book in L1 @GreggstheBakers at 1pm. each book purchase will receive 1 sausage roll

We don’t know if it was the free Greggs food or the prospect of meeting the nine-goal striker that swung it.
But somebody better let JOE editor Matthew Stanger know…he’s probably still there.
