Her bodyguard’s Apple watch was used to track the patient’s heart rate
Johnny Depp‘s lawyer Camille Vasquez has been branded “Wonder Woman” after helping with a medical emergency while flying from Los Angeles to New York.
Vasquez, who shot to fame winning Depp $10m in his defamation case against Amber Heard, reportedly helped an elderly passenger who collapsed and hit his head while 40,000ft in the air.
The 37-year-old and her bodyguard were in first-class when a man in his 70s walked past and collapsed, TMZ reported. When the American Airlines flight attendants called for help, Vasquez and her guard rushed to his aid.

Vasquez is said to have contacted her brother-in-law doctor, and he walked her through the steps needed to check if the man was suffering a heart attack or a bleed on the brain. Her guard’s apple watch was reportedly used to monitor the man’s heart rate.
The plane returned to LAX and emergency responders escorted the man off the aircraft.
Following the ordeal, Vasquez was gifted bottles of Merlot and champagne, with passengers calling her “Wonder Woman.”

Reports have previously claimed that Vasquez and Depp have been dating, something she completely denies, telling People Magazine, they are “entirely, 100 per cent, unequivocally untrue”.
Vasquez has said she is in a “happy” relationship with a British real estate agent and said the
“I guess it comes with the territory of being a woman just doing her job,” she added.
“It’s disappointing that certain outlets kind of ran with it or said that my interactions with Johnny — who is a friend and I’ve known and represented for four-and-a-half years now — that my interactions in any way were inappropriate or unprofessional. That’s disappointing to hear.”
