Logan Paul has discovered that he spent $3.5 million (£2.5 million) on fake Pokemon cards.
The social media star made headlines when he spent millions on a box of first-edition Pokemon cards.
But following speculation that Paul may have spent millions on fake cards, the YouTuber went to verify his purchase.

Well, it wasn’t good news for Logan.
On Thursday, Paul posted a new video simply titled “I lost $3,500,000 On Fake Pokemon Cards” in which he unboxes the cards with experts.
Initial joy as to the contents soon turns to disappointment as one of the verifiers says: “Why are they so puffy? See how they’re shaped all… they don’t look great.
“See how they’re curvy and puffy. They’re very light… they don’t look right”
Paul then notices something wrong and says: “Why are they bending like that? What’s inside of them?”
He then adds: “It’s fake, bro”.
The packs of cards are then opened to reveal a set of G.I. Joe cards.
One of the experts that admits they “got duped”, with another claiming it is “the biggest fraud in the entire history of Pokemon.”
When Paul returns to his hotel room he says: “I’m a super-positive person, bro, and I’m always the one to look on the bright side, and I’m trying, but this is so hard.
“I’m grateful for the things I have that are real now. Damn, bro, I just went from 11 first-edition boxes to five. We got f***ed, end of story.”
Card collector Matt Allen features in the video as well, saying he never would’ve purchased the set if it wasn’t approved by the BBCE.
But of course, the G.I. Joe cards still have a value… of just $360 (£262).
How unfortunate.
