London Metropolitan Police have confirmed that the area around Tooley Street has been evacuated in the capital.
The area near London Bridge train station was evacuated after a suspicious item was found at the address.
Police say that specialist officers are in attendance, while a number of offices have been cleared and the road is closed to traffic.
London Bridge train station remains open.
