This is worrying news.
There are reports that a van has hit pedestrians on London Bridge in central London, with armed police understood to be at scene. There’s a lot of speculation about the exact details and we don’t want to provide any inaccurate information at this stage, but the initial reports are concerning.
Both and London Transport have reported a ‘serious incident’ that is being looked into. All routes are being diverted.
We are dealing with an incident on #LondonBridge, when we have more information we will update this twitter feed.

Spectator reporter Will Heaven is on the scene and has more detailed updates. Please note that these are unconfirmed at this stage. And we stress that there is no official confirmation of a terrorist link from the police or security services as of yet.
