Pistorius, who appeared emotionless in court as the judge read the conditions, must wear an electronic tag, keep within 20km of the house and give up his passport.
The 29-year-old must also pay the bail fee of 10,000 rand – less than £500 – by Friday, Dec 11.
Before leaving the court out the back entrance to avoid media, Pistorius announced he will appeal his murder conviction.
