Sophia Urista was filmed urinating on a fan’s face during a gig last week.
A police report was filed following an incident during a recent performance by American band Brass Against when their front woman Sophia Urista urinated on a fan’s face.
Last week, the band were performing in Daytona, Florida, when Urista said that she needed the toilet during a rendition of Rage Against the Machine’s “Wake Up,” telling the crowd: “I gotta pee. And I can’t make it to the bathroom. So we might as well make a show out of it.”
She then spotted a man in the crowd with a can on his head and invited him to lie down on stage, saying: “Get my man with the can on his head ready, ’cause we’re going to bring him onstage and imma a p*** in this motherf***er’s mouth.”
Urista then urinated on his face.
The band later apologised for the incident on Twitter.
We had a great time last night at Welcome to Rockville. Sophia got carried away. That's not something the rest of us expected, and it's not something you'll see again at our shows. Thanks for bringing it last night, Daytona.

But now a report in local paper The Daytona Beach News Journal claims that a report was filed to law enforcement in the wake of the incident, which took place on Thursday night (November 11).
Daytona Beach police spokesperson Messod Bendayan told the outlet that police received a message on the department’s Facebook account last Friday (12 November) regarding the incident.
The person was then told to file a formal report, which they did. Bendayan said the report will now be looked into by the department’s criminal investigations division.
Florida law makes it unlawful for a person to “expose his or her sexual organs in public or on the private premises of another, or so near thereto as to be seen from such private premises, in a vulgar or indecent manner.” Indecent exposure is a first-degree misdemeanor punishable with up to a year in jail or a $1,000 fine.
Brass Against were performing at the Welcome to Rockville, a four-day music festival at Daytona International Speedway.
