Police have called for witnesses of the stabbing to come forward
Police have confirmed that they are investigating a fatal stabbing that has claimed the life of a teenager in West London.
Authorities were called to Lanfrey Place, West Kensington, at 14:14hrs on Thursday afternoon, following reports of a person stabbed.

A man in his late teens was found stabbed in the chest.
He was taken to a central London hospital but died a short time later.
Police are now appealing for witnesses and anyone with information to come forward, and call 101 or contact via Twitter @MetCC quoting CAD 4136/07MAR.
Next of kin have been informed.
No arrests have been made at this early stage, and arrests continue.

Met Police say that the young man has sadly been pronounced dead at a Central London hospital.The victim was stabbed multiple times in his chest.
