Labbett has undergone some drastic lifestyle changes recently in order to lose the pounds, revamping his diet and exercise habits.
At his heaviest, he weighed 29 stone but has managed to cut his weight down to an impressive 19 stone now.
He told the Sun in March:”This is the lightest I’ve been in 25 years. I’m now under 20 stone, and I am really feeling the difference, as well as seeing it.
“My knees really feel the difference. I will never be athletic again but I just move so much better for not carrying that extra weight.”
The quizzer, who was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes in 2016, has cut down to just two meals a day and reduced his sugar intake
