They have previous.
Donald Trump definitely charged his phone last night because the US president has been a very busy man on social media this afternoon.
After claiming that Barack Obama had wire-tapped his office before the presidential election, President Trump then decided to comment on Arnold Schwarzenegger’s recent departure from the show that he once hosted, Celebrity Apprentice.
As you may know, the pair have previously been embroiled in a war of words on Twitter.
A few weeks ago while talking at the National Prayer Breakfast in Washington, Trump made a point of mentioning the fact that the ratings on the Celebrity Apprentice have fallen since Schwarzenegger took over as host.
The most recent season of Celebrity Apprentice ended last month and it only averaged fewer than 5 million viewers an episode. Trump remained on as remained as an executive producer.
Speaking with Empire magazine, the star of Terminator and Predator explained the reasons why won’t be coming back as host. “With Trump being involved in the show, people have a bad taste and don’t want to participate as a spectator or as a sponsor or in any other way support the show. It’s a very divisive period now, and I think this show got caught up in all that division,” he said.
Since that interview, the US president has given his take on Schwarzenegger’s departure and the former Governor of California has since replied.
Maybe they should just sort out their differences like they did in Predator or Commando?
Arnold Schwarzenegger isn't voluntarily leaving the Apprentice, he was fired by his bad (pathetic) ratings, not by me. Sad end to great show

You should think about hiring a new joke writer and a fact checker. https://t.co/SvAjuPdHfa
