Their wedding has been cancelled four times during the coronavirus pandemic
30-year-old Rob Stewart and 25-year-old Beth Griffin finally tied the knot on Sunday after their wedding was repeatedly rescheduled thanks to the coronavirus pandemic.
Their wedding plans were scuppered by several of the national lockdowns, as well as limits on guest numbers.
The original date of Rob and Beth’s wedding was March 2020 but was rearranged to the same month in 2021 when the first lockdown came into effect.
Then in September of this year they rescheduled when a 15-person limit on weddings in Tier 2 was announced, planning to wed on November 28.
Another national lockdown forced the couple to change the date, looking to set up a last minute shotgun wedding.

That fixture was also postponed due to the 28-day notice legal limit on marriages.
But now, finally, the happy couple are newly weds. They married in Worcester’s City Hall, currently in Tier 2, allowing them a small reception after with 15 guests.
Stewart told the BBC: “The snow made it even more special.
“I’m so glad to be in Tier 2, as much of the country is not – so we were quite lucky with that.
“Getting married was always our priority and everybody has been really supportive.
“It was a really nice little reception. A lot of friends and family have been stuck in a room working from home on their own, so it was really nice to actually meet up.”
