VIDEO: British crime scene investigator has an interesting take on Steven Avery’s trial

Alan Loughnane

A Sussex police officer has created a video series which looks at the forensic evidence in Steven Avery’s ‘Making a Murderer’ trial.

Chris Gee, a crime scene investigation officer (think Horatio Kane), has reviewed the bloodstains that were found in Teresa Halbach’s car and raised some questions which he believes weren’t answered in the case.

This is the first of a four-part series and it’ll be interesting to see his take on the rest of the investigation considering he seems to be far more competent at his job than the Manitowoc County Sheriff’s Department.

The main point Gee makes is the fact that just because Steven Avery’s blood was in the car, it doesn’t mean that Avery himself was there.

When you tie that together with the fact that the blood of Avery held by the police may have been compromised, this throws the entire evidence into serious doubt.

Have a watch below and keep an eye out for part two coming soon.
