“I am telling you now, that m*********** back there is not real.”
Back on July 2, an incident occured on board an American Airlines flight which went viral across the globe.
The incident involved a woman, later identified as marketting executive, Tiffany Gomas, demanding to be let off the aircraft as she claimed a man sitting close to her was ‘not real’.
The video, which has since amassed millions upon millions of views, shows Gomas saying: “I’m telling you, I’m getting the f*** off, and there’s a reason why I’m getting the f*** off. And everyone can either believe it or they can not believe it. I don’t give two f***s.
“But I am telling you right now, that motherf***er back there is not real.”
The strange incident took place on a flight from Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas, to Orlando, Florida, and was reportedly sparked over Gomas’ missing airpods.
Now, over a month after the incident occured, Gomas has broken her silence, speaking to the Daily Mail, saying that her life has been ‘blown up’ since the video went uber viral.
She explained: “My life has been blown up. It’s frightening. Things go viral and everything changes. No one knows anyone else’s story, and no one should judge. No one knows what it’s like.”
Gomas added that people have since started stalking her, saying: “They’re stalking my house, they’re stalking my neighbours, they’re going through my mail.”
Gomas added that: “So much of what’s out there is innacurate.” She didn’t, however, appear to elaborate further on the matter.
In the original video, Gomas told passengers: “You can sit on this plane and you can f****** die with them or not. I’m not going to.”
Gomas then began shouting that the aircraft was not safe and that she didn’t want the aircraft to leave as it would not make its destination.
She was given a ‘verbal criminal trespass notice’ by the airline manager.
