Terms and Conditions: Logitech Blue
Prize details:
One winner to win a bespoke set up to include a minimum of: 1x Logitech StreamCam, 1 x Logitech Blue microphone, 1 x set of PC speakers, 1 x desk and 1 x chair. There may be additions to this depending on the winner’s setup space in their home.
1.The competition will run on JOE.co.uk Facebook page and JOE_co_uk Twitter page.
2.On Facebook to enter the competition, entrants need to like and share the FB post and comment with the entrant’s content creator focus (music, gaming, streaming, vlogging, podcasting etc). On Twitter to enter the competition, entrants need to like and share the tweet and comment with the entrant’s content creator focus (music, gaming, streaming, vlogging, podcasting etc).
3.The competition opens at 2.00pm on 22/07/21 and closes at 11.59pm on 28/07/21 (GMT).
4.1x winner will be chosen.
5.The winner will win a bespoke set up to include Logitech StreamCam, Blue microphone, desk and chair. Event agency Momentum will install the equipment.
6.Entrants must be 18 years or over.
7.No purchase is necessary.
8.Only one entry is permitted per household via online route of entry, and no bulk or third-party entries are permitted.
9.Winner will be selected by an independent adjudicator who will select the winner at random.
10. The winners will be notified by Logitech through Facebook or Twitter direct message after the competition closes. Logitech will ask for the winner’s first and last name, confirmation of age, e-mail address and full address.
11. The winner must consent to be filmed at their home where the prizes are installed, this video will be posted on JOE Media’s social pages and used across Blue and Logitech social channels and any brand digital activity associated with this campaign (including but not exclusive to digital advertising, paid social media ads, VOD, Display).
12. The winner must consent to Momentum and JOE Media film crew to enter their home on the day of shoot
13. By entering this competition, you are giving Logitech consent to contact you (for the purpose of the competition)
14. Logitech will contact the winner with a deadline for responding with information. If the original winner cannot be contacted within 24 hours from the first correspondence, Logitech will reallocate their prize to an alternative winner selected at the same time and by the same means as the original.
15. If a winner is unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
16. Prizes cannot be exchanged or refunded and there is no cash alternative. The prize is non-transferrable.
17. The entrant needs to be a UK resident living in England.
18. The prize will be sent out within a week of receiving winner’s details.
19. The competition is open to all UK residents living in England except JOE Media employees, the companies or organisations with whom the competition or offer is being run, their agents, or anyone directly connected with the promotion.
20. The winner must have submitted their entry themselves.
21. JOE Media and any associated promoters, bear no responsibility for any entry which is incorrectly submitted, lost, damaged, incomplete or received after the closing time.
22. We reserve the right to disqualify or not award a prize to an entrant whose entry we believe be inappropriate, fraudulent or based on misconduct.
23. Names and cities of residence of the prize winner(s) will be available on request.
24. All entrants to competitions are deemed to have accepted these rules and agree to be bound by them.
25. This competition is run through JOE Media only and it is not sponsored by any social media platforms.
26. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
27. JOE, Logitech or any other third-party, will not use any personal data for from any entrant in the competition for marketing purposes.
