Every single team in the Champions League and Europa League group stages will club together to generate an extra €2-3m in refugee aid.
The 80 teams, including seven from the English and Scottish top divisions, will each donate €1 per ticket for their opening home game in UEFA competition this season.
The 80 @ChampionsLeague & @EuropaLeague clubs have agreed that €1/ticket for their first home game will be donated to the refugee cause.

It follows individual pledges from a number of European clubs, with Bayern Munich, Schalke and Celtic among the first to lend their voices to the refugee cause.
And English non-league club Dulwich Hamlet brought in a phenomenal number of donations before their home match against Billericay Town.
It’s been wonderful to see so much of the footballing world come together for such a worthy cause.
