Arsenal’s injury curse has struck again, with Jack Wilshere joining Danny Welbeck on the sidelines for an extended period.
Wilshere has suffered a setback in his return from the injury that he picked up in August, and is now likely to require surgery that will keep him out for several months.

Arsenal’s fans are probably used to this by now, and the Twitter reaction has been a mix of cautious optimism…
Wilshere's injury is very unfortunate, but very premature to say "he's finished." Many (myself included) said the same of Rosicky and Persie

Unsurprised at the Arsenal injury news. After all, Jack Wilshere's hamstrings are made of ham and string.

Just declare Jack Wilshere clinically dead and then regard any improvements from there as an "injury boost".
