Sure if you didn’t laugh, you’d… no, don’t laugh.
Aston Villa are a shambles right now, you won’t win any prizes or even anyone’s attention for pointing that out.
The poor owner – well, he’s anything but poor – Tony Xia has come in and spent an absolute fortune in the hope of restoring them to greatness again or at least getting them back to the Premier League. He has come in and replaced Randy Lerner and put his money where his mouth is and his mouth where his money is.
He’s a good man but he’s being let down.
4years,we had culture asking changes if things not going well. We need rebuild but stability is important. Dedication after belongingness.

You’d nearly have thought that this was only natural, Villa’s failure to impact on the Championship.
They’ve spent five years trying to avoid relegation, playing shit football and hanging on for dear life. They’ve spent five years living in fear until, finally, they fell.
Then they came down and met these sides who are not just beating them but completely outplaying them. Probably the byproduct of teams who have, by contrast, spent the same time trying to actually win games and fighting for promotion.
But then you look at it and see that only Alan Hutton and Nathan Baker really remain from those Premier League Villa teams.
Grealish and Bacuna are on the bench and even Hutton and Baker seem to be on their way out so it’s difficult to say that this side has been corrupted by what has gone on before.
It’s a completely new team playing completely the same way.
In January alone, Villa made seven new signings – each of whom have featured already in Steve Bruce’s ever-changing starting 11.
Via SkySports.
They tore up the floorboards in the summer too, Roberto Di Matteo getting his chance to rebuild back then.
But it’s just gotten worse and worse and, in the last eight games, Villa have picked up just two points. Two points.
Steve Bruce might just be the victim of having too many players to gel at once, he might yet get them out of this mess but it’s safe to say that this is not the time to be joking.

And, as you can imagine, those sort of jokes don’t go down well with frustrated football fans.
Needless to say, there were a lot more vile and a lot more angry comments than that on the Villa Instagram page.
Their Twitter followers didn’t exactly appreciate it either.

It should be pointed out that a lot of fans have time for Bruce even in this despicable run of form. He has assembled a good group of players, just not a team yet. But he’s running out of time as Villa linger perilously above relegation.
Not a great time to be going to Newcastle on Monday night so.
