Leicester City striker Jamie Vardy is set to be out of action for one to two weeks after undergoing surgery.
According to BBC Radio Leicester, the England international is set to have minor surgery, and as a result will definitely miss the FA Cup clash against Tottenham Hotspur.
The striker may also be sidelined for the Premier League matches against Spurs and Aston Villa.
Vardy has been in stellar form this season with his 15 Premier League goals have helped the Foxes to climb to the dizzying heights of second in the table, while he has also been one of the outstanding performers for the fantasy football managers this year after he scored in 11 consecutive league games.
