AC Milan chief Adriano Galliani has suggested a loan move for Mario Balotelli would give the Italy striker “absolutely his last chance” to revive his career.
Galliani confirmed that the Serie A club is in discussions with Liverpool, but said negotiations are continuing over what share of the player’s wages will be paid by the Rossoneri.
Balotelli joined Liverpool from Milan last year, after enjoying the most prolific goalscoring run of his career, but has struggled back in England.

Balotelli scored just one league goal in his first season at Anfield and was left out of the matchday squad for the first two games of the 2015/16 campaign.
He never properly settled at the Premier League club, and the writing seemed to be on the wall long before he enraged fans further by coming out in support for now-departed winger Raheem Sterling.
